Common questions
Booking, payments, privacy, and sensual sessions — answered plainly.
- Where do you come?
- We travel to hotels, condos, and private homes in our Chiang Mai coverage zones (Old City, Nimman, and the Airport / Hang Dong corridor). Outside those areas, message us on WhatsApp — we often still can help with a travel fee.
- What should I prepare in the room?
- A clear floor or bed space, a quiet atmosphere, and access to a bathroom or shower when possible. For oil or Nuru sessions we bring waterproof sheets and towels. You do not need spa equipment.
- How do payments work?
- You can pay cash on arrival, pay by card later from My booking, or pay by card now for services that have online checkout enabled. Card-now is currently available for Swedish and Couples; other services use cash or card-later until more Stripe products are connected.
- What is the booking PIN?
- When you book, we show a 4-digit PIN once. Save it (screenshot or note). You need your email + PIN to open My booking, pay later, or check status. We will also email the PIN once our domain email is live.
- Can more than one booking happen at the same time?
- Yes. We work with multiple therapists, so overlapping times are allowed. If a specific therapist request matters, add it in the booking notes or WhatsApp us.
- Do you offer Nuru, Yoni, Lingam, and tantric sessions?
- Yes — listed under Sensual & tantric on the Services page. These are consent-led, professional bodywork sessions with clear boundaries set before touch begins. They are not escort bookings.
- What about privacy and discretion?
- Therapists arrive discreetly, use professional language with hotel staff when needed, and never share your booking details. Intimate sessions are handled with the same confidentiality as classic spa work.
- Can I leave a review?
- Yes — on the Reviews page. All reviews are moderated before they appear. We allow honest feedback about your RoomSpa experience, and we block hate, spam, links, graphic sexual detail, solicitation, and personal contact details. See the guidelines on that page.
- How do I change or cancel?
- Use My booking with your email and PIN, or WhatsApp us with your reference code. Please give as much notice as you can so we can free the therapist’s time.
- Is everything hygienic and professional?
- Yes. Fresh linens, sanitized equipment, and professional conduct are standard. You can pause or stop a session at any time — especially important for sensual and tantric work.
- Do you speak English?
- Yes. Booking, WhatsApp support, and sessions are available in English. Other languages may be available on request — ask when you book.
